Finances and the ability to distribute them correctly is the basis of the regular activity of television and the realization of all the projects. Ararat Hakobyan graduated from the Department of Finance and Credit of the Information Systems of Management Faculty of Yerevan State University.

As all the financiers, Ararat Hakobyan also stresses the importance of systematization in work and does not like when expenses are not multilaterally calculated and substantiated.

Since 2008, Ararat Hakobyan has been working in the Public Television. He has climbed the career ladder step by step, first working as a senior specialist in the Department of Finances and Economy, then as the Head of Department. Since 2012, he has been the Financial Director of the Public Television.
