Assistant
"Public TV Company of Armenia" invites a PR specialist to join its team, who will be responsible for promoting the brand of the TV company and organizing communication campaigns.
Job responsibilities
- Development and implementation of PR strategies for public television and special projects.
- Planning and implementation of promo campaigns for programs and projects.
- Organization of events, including concept and script development, coordination of invitations, provision of information materials and technical means.
- Organization of external advertising, preparation of printing materials and purchase of representative materials.
- Creative concept development, organization and implementation of promo materials (photos, videos) for the promotion of television products.
- Organization and archiving of public television production photo shoots.
- Preparation of reports and presentations for the Company.
- Development of holiday calendar and provision of appropriate content for social media pages.
- Media monitoring and media communications management.
- Collaboration with graphic designer to develop the concept of visual materials and branded products for social platforms.
- Implementation of ongoing works and execution of direct manager's assignments.
Required qualifications
- Higher education in PR, communications, marketing or related fields.
- At least 2 years of work experience in the field of PR or marketing.
- Work experience in media (including TV) fiend will be an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian and English. Knowledge of Russian or other foreign languages will be considered as an advantage.
- Communication, organizational and teamwork skills.
- Creative thinking and the multitasking.
- High sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work in stressful situations.

Public Television Company of Armenia is hiring an assistant.
- Carry out all document circulation of the administration, in paper and electronic form
- Prepare purchase requisitions and applications, business trips (including exterritorial ones), monitor their progress
- Conduct e-mail correspondence
- Draw up handover-acceptance acts, follow the process of their signing
- Carry out the entry of leave applications of the administration's employees into the internal document circulation system
- Compile material cost reports
- Organize reception of guests
- Compile time sheets
- Carry out other work on the instructions of supervisor
- Higher Education; preferably in law or a Hrm field
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, sufficient knowledge of English and Russian
- Administrative skills
- Ability to navigate quickly
- Written and verbal communication skills
- A sense of responsibility
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point).
- Knowledge of the Mulberry system would be an advantage
