These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the use of the official website (hereinafter, the “Website”) operated by Public Television Company of Armenia CJSC.

By accessing, registering on, or in any way using the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website.

1. Definitions:

  • “Company,” “We,” “Us,” “Our” — Public Television Company of Armenia CJSC;

  • “User,” “You,” “Your” — any person who accesses or uses the Website;

  • “Website” — the Company’s official online platform, available under the domain 1tv.am;

  • “Content” — any material published on the Website, including videos, broadcasts, texts, photographs, graphic materials, logos, design, software solutions, and other materials.

 

2. User Account

To use certain features of the Website, the User may create a personal account.

During registration, the User undertakes to provide accurate and complete information, including:

·         first name,

·         last name,

·         email address,

·         password.

The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and for all activities carried out through their account.

The Company has the right to:

  • temporarily or permanently suspend or delete the account,

  • restrict access to the Website,

  • refuse to provide services,

if there is a violation of these Terms, a security threat, or a need to protect the Company’s legitimate interests.
